AAC Vocabulary Checklist

This resource is a data collection sheet which corresponds with the signs and symbols in the AAC - Starting Out booklet.

When teaching the signs and symbols in the AAC - Starting Out booklet, this data collection sheet can be used once the student is able to identify a word. It enable the parent/teacher to record the form of recognition: including sign, photo, and Picture Communication Symbol.
