Whose Turn on the Trampoline

Whose Turn on the Trampoline

The Purpose of this resource:

This resource can be used to teach children to take turns on a trampoline, and provides a visual cue to help students understand how long they need to wait for their turn.

How to use this resource:

Photos or printed names of the children are placed next to the 'Who's next' squares. As each child finishes their turn, their photo is moved to the finished square in the same row. Verbal information should be paired with the use of the visual. For example,"It is Paul's turn on the trampoline, Chris is next", or "Sam's turn is finished, now it is Phillip's turn".

Preparation of this resource:

Print and laminate the board as well as photos of the children who will be using the equipment.

Place ‘furry’ Velcro on each blank square and each finished square on the board.

Place ‘sticky’ Velcro on the back of the laminated photos/name tags. Store photos/name tags on a seperate laminated board.
